How long before I can receive my order?
The process time is 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days. Weather permitting.

Melanin Magic currently shipping through a variety of companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS).
Where can I find my tracking information?
Tracking number will be sent automatically once you order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order via email. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.
How much is shipping?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Our products are made in the USA.
Are your products natural?
We choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.
Do you test products on animals?
We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.
Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.
What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
We recommend storing Melanin Magic products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
What Is Your Refund Policy?
All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Melanin Magic. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be to the discretion of the company (Melanin Magic) handled case wise where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If your case is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
What if the product is defective?
If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
