Directions: 

Thoroughly wetting your hair with warm water. Apply a small amount of shampoo to your scalp, emulsify it with a little water, and massage it into your scalp, focusing on the roots. Rinse well and repeat if necessary.

Then apply shampoo, then conditioner focusing on the ends of your hair. Finally, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
